Content Blocks
Build event pages from modular content sections that you can add, reorder, and toggle on or off. Give guests the information they need — formatted text, photo galleries, venue maps, FAQs, and videos — without fighting a single text field.
Most ticketing platforms give you one text box for your entire event description. The result is a wall of text that guests skim past, missing critical details about the venue, schedule, or what to bring. Content blocks replace that single field with structured, purpose-built sections you assemble into a complete event page.
Each block handles one job — a gallery shows off the venue, an FAQ answers the questions your inbox is full of, a locations block maps every stop on your bar crawl. You control the order, the visibility, and the layout. Your guests get a page that actually communicates instead of a paragraph they ignore.
A growing library of block types
Today you can choose from Rich Text, Gallery, Locations, FAQ, and Video — and new block types are added regularly. Every event starts with a Description block that is always live and always first. You build around it with whatever blocks the event needs, and as the library grows your pages get more powerful without any migration work.
Control what guests see and when
New blocks start hidden so you can build in private. When a section is ready, toggle it to Live with one click and it appears on your public event page. Use the up and down arrows to reorder blocks in seconds. Preparing a big announcement? Write it now, keep it hidden, and flip it live when the time is right — no publish workflow, no scheduling tools, just a toggle.
Photo galleries that match your brand
The Gallery block supports three layouts: grid for clean, uniform thumbnails, carousel for a swipeable hero experience, and masonry for mixed-size images that fill the space naturally. Show off the venue, past events, or artist lineups without resizing a single photo.
Multi-venue events, mapped out
Running a bar crawl, food tour, or festival across multiple venues? The Locations block lists every stop with its name, address, logo, and description. Switch between list, grid, and map layouts to give guests the view that makes the most sense for your event. No more pasting Google Maps links into a text field.

Common questions
What block types are available?
The current lineup includes Rich Text, Gallery, Locations, FAQ, and Video — plus a permanent Description block on every event. New block types are added regularly, so the library keeps growing.
Can I add multiple blocks of the same type?
Yes. You can add as many blocks of each type as you need — multiple galleries, multiple FAQ sections, or multiple rich text blocks for different topics.
Do I have to publish blocks manually?
Yes. New blocks default to Hidden status. You toggle each block to Live when it is ready. The Description block is the exception — it is always live and cannot be hidden.
What gallery layouts are available?
Gallery blocks support three layouts: grid, carousel, and masonry. You can switch between them at any time without re-uploading images.
What layouts does the Locations block support?
Locations blocks support list, grid, and map layouts. Each stop includes a name, address, logo, and description.
Do blocks auto-save?
Gallery and Locations blocks auto-save as you make changes. Rich Text, FAQ, and Video blocks require you to click Save. If you exit edit mode on a non-auto-save block without saving, your edits are discarded.
Can I delete the Description block?
No. The Description block is permanent and always visible on your event page. You can edit its content and rename it, but it cannot be removed or hidden.
Will hidden blocks show up on my public event page?
No. Only blocks with Live status appear on your public event page and in the public API. Hidden blocks are only visible to you in the dashboard.
